injection gets stuck when hit

I use client 4.05b used it for a very long time, riced ofc, I haven't logged in UO for a while but evreytime i get damaged Injection gets stuck, does anyone know how to fix it? Use it on a RunUO server, it runs and all but whenver I get damage or whatever it gets stuck
