Missing buttons on Script Editor

I am hoping some one can help me. My Script editor is missing the insert cordinates button and the insert keycode button. I got the newest files from the site and they do not work. My friend sent me his folder which has the buttons on the script editor but even with his files I still can not see the buttons. Hopefully one of you can help me. I appreciate it.

how they do not work? is it some trouble with libexpat or same problem with buttons ?

When I mean they do not work I mean they do not show up. I can not see those buttons. It is like everything is cut off a little.
