Character stats - HP only

Is there any limitation with finction "HP Only/ HP & AR / auto" wich is in the diplay tab?

I try using this function but has no effect.

I play with client 1.26.4b on sphere 0.51.a.

How to show opponents hitpoint uder his moveable tab.
