Well, let me explain. How about creating few modes for hotkeys? For example 4. - then for example i bind ctrl+c to mode 1 as Cure spell, for mode 2 as Invis, for mode 3 as spam msg like "Selling XXX, ICQ me". and command ",hotkeys 1" gets me into mode 1.
