Injection won't load

Alright I fixed my problem with the my client and it starts to load injection.dll and this is the error i get.
"The application has failed to start because LIBEXPAT.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
and the error in the program says
"Failed to load injection.dll in launcher
Reason:(126)
The specified module could not be found."

And I have injection.dll in the same folder not sure what I should do.
