colors of targer are changed

Someone can say me, how is possible that the colors of of targer are changed?

for example when i targeting some another player, in the botton-left i read the name and 100/100 hp in color yellow.
Now as is can be possible that are changed? and if the target is blu, i read the name blu, if is red i read the name red!
