It is possible to run injection whit a client like 5.0.2 ???

Well i need help i want to use injection whit a client 5.0.2 cause is the only way to see the new maps or npc etc... but is realy important to me to play whit injection cause i use it to PVP and macroing...

I already Have seen that injection not support clients above 4.0.0 like it is, my question is if is possible to modify the ilpatch or ignition to make it work....

i want to know if is possible changing ilpatch inserting Uo Keys or something...

So can be done or not?
