Hi all , i have a problem , i am serching ilpatch.cfg for client 1.26.2b or 1.26.2 o 1.26.2a (it is same) do you know where can i download it please?

there are ,because last year a my old friends gave me ilpatch.cfg for client 1.26.2 but now i don't have his contact ,plz help me.
