I do not think so!
I would suggest the implement something like that in a next version! : D
and I would ask some logic to perform a function to close backpacks.
because they always open in different places. making the OU Rclick unfeasible!

the UOSteam has a very good function for that: closegump 'container' 'serial'

You can set Ultima Macro "Close" "BackPack" on the hotkey and in inject script call uo.press(HotKey)
