Help With Client Encryption

Hello i got every thing to work every thing loads fine except for when i try to log in it goes to verifying account then says there is a problem connecting to ultima online. which i think the problem is the client encryption does not match the client version. The client Version i am using is 7.0.34.2 Also i am trying to play on a osi server. Can some one help me to update the client encrypton. Any help would be great thanks a lot.
