ylaunch.exe has the chance to create no_cript_client.

when active "yes, make me NoCriptClient.exe" and click on "GO" at the end creates the same client encrypted.

perhaps the encryption should be all green to be right?

1)Tested ok with
2d clients: 1.26.3-5.0.7a
3d clients: ALL
Does NOT work for pre 1.26.3 clients.

2) was my mistake
I was trying to use uo_rice on a client where it already has been removed the Encryption
