Finding the tile info of a tile under your last target

Is it possible to find the tile info of a tile under your last target? anyone know? the reason i want the tile info is on my server the teleport spell only works when you actually click on someone and not with last target, waittargetlast doesnt work either so i was thinkin ,waittargettile might work

or possibly making it target them with a click in injection
