that auto-cures me so i cant precast the spell and press the key again to target myself. i think you didnt understand me

First day using this program
I want to press f1 key and cast Cure, press it again (or hold it down) and targetself (so i can precast it or just spam cure). I tried to do it but the list of commands isnt in english and im a little lost. help with this hotkey would be appreciated . the commands list ...
