It when i undress it says you undress then when i am going to dress it says usage:Dress(identifire)

well the undress works youst fine why would that go fast and then the dress go slow?

Evrything works good untill i have to dress or arm then it only tells me that i arm it but it wont arm it.... answear in English please im not russian.
